Chinese smartphone giant, Xiaomi, has released its much-awaited Mi 11 in Mainland China, its latest flagship in its wildly popular Mi smartphone series. To herald the end of 2020 and to kickstart 2021 in style, the Mi 11 promises to be Xiaomi’s most powerful premium smartphone ever, offering ground-breaking innovations in performance, display and entertainment. Featuring a stunning design with Qualcomm®’s Snapdragon™ 888 chipset and a 2K AMOLED display with the impressive 120Hz refresh rate, Mi 11 takes smartphone performance to a whole new level.  For fans of Xiaomi who are fussy about user experience, Mi 11 also comes with a 108MP 8K main camera and dual speakers with SOUND BY Harman Kardon.

Performance

In terms of power and efficiency, Mi 11 is fitted with ultra-large core Arm Cortex-X1, designed for maximum performance, has powerful computational capabilities, along with the new A78 offering the best to-date power efficiency. Its latest Adreno™ 660 GPU achieves its biggest performance leap yet, delivering up to 35% faster graphics for superior gaming and video experiences. For seamless videography and photography, Mi fans are in for a treat as the all-new 6th generation Qualcomm® AI engine features a Hexagon™ 780 processor.

Display

To ensure that every detail of your video or graphics is captured on the screen, Mi 11 comes with a 6.81” AMOLED quad curved DotDisplay panel and WQHD+ 3200×1440 resolution. Mi 11 supports 120Hz refresh rate and an ultra-high touch sampling rate of 480Hz. Additionally, it also offers an ultra-high quasi-primary color screen with a JNCD of 0.38, complete with Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus™ to prevent wear and tear.

Camera

To effectively compete in the Chinese market, smartphone companies need to offer the most advanced technology in cameras and videography, and this is exactly what Xiaomi has done. To up the game, Mi 11 adopts a professional grade 108MP 8K main camera featuring a 1/1.33” large image sensor with OIS support, enabling blockbuster level ultra-clear image quality. Additionally, the 123° ultra-wide-angle camera and 50mm telephoto macro lenses make it possible for you to indulge your creative side by experimenting with Mi 11’s panoramic view for scenarios including landscape, group or macro photography. Software

Mi 11 will feature the latest MIUI 12.5, with brand new upgrades in privacy and security as well as Super Wallpaper, animation, haptics, system optimizations and various other new features. Memory usage and power consumption will be further reduced to ensure smoother operation with greater battery conservation.
